The late, great Walter Davis was inducted Sunday into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame at Springfield, Mass. The six-time NBA All-Star guard remains the Phoenix Suns ’ all-time leading scorer with 15,666 points in 11 seasons with the franchise. He averaged 20.6 points on 52% shooting for the Suns.

His accomplishments from his time in Phoenix are impressive. He is the franchise leader in points scored, a six-time All-Star, two-time All-NBA, and won Rookie of the Year in 1977-78. He is now forever enshrined in the #24HoopClass.

Two former Nuggets, Chauncey Billups and Walter Davis, were officially inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame during Saturday's Enshrinement Ceremony of the 2024 class.
