今年下半年以来，北京连续出台便利外国人在京服务措施，推出“BEIJING PASS”卡、境外银行卡刷卡过闸乘坐地铁等服务。截至目前，“BEIJING PASS”已办理12979张，累计交易笔数达11.7万次，公共交通场景使用频率最高。
