Ubisoft secures cloud streaming rights for Activision Blizzard’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, marking a pivotal partnership with Xbox.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will launch on Xbox Cloud Gaming on October 25, 2024. Ubisoft controls cloud streaming rights for Activision Blizzard King games and licenses them to Microsoft. Diablo 4 remains unavailable on Xbox Cloud Gaming despite its presence on Xbox Game Pass.

The three most recent Call Of Duty games are all going to be available to stream via Xbox Cloud Gaming, with Black Ops 6 available from day one.

On Monday, Microsoft announced that the latest Call of Duty installment, Black Ops 6, will be making its way to Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) for those with a Game Pass Ultimate subscription, upon launch — along with two other CoD games later in October.
