Ahead of the Black Friday sales rush, I had the opportunity to test out three advent calendars from Sephora: the viral Sephora Collection Advent Calendar, the Sephora Collection After Advent Calendar and the L'Occitane 24 Days Of Beauty Advent Calendar.

Last year Sephora offered daily discounts on select brands ranging from 30 to 50% markdowns. Some of the one-day-only sales included brands like Kiehl’s, Youth to the People, Make Up For Ever, Fenty Beauty, and more. The standout deals included a $100 discount on the Dyson Airwrap and editor-approved perfume gift sets.

Black Friday is still a few weeks away, but that's not stopping big-name brands and retailers from launching their sales events early. Our staff of professional shoppers is already seeing discounts on some of our favorite products across a range of categories,
