Fisker’s liquidation plan, approved by a Delaware bankruptcy court, settles the issue of labor costs for two recalls affecting the company’s electric SUVs and resolves a last-minute data problem with American Lease.

A federal bankruptcy judge has signed off on EV maker Fisker’s (OTC:FSRNQ) liquidation plan following last-minute talks to preserve the company’s $46M sale of its remaining 3K Ocean SUVs, according to media reports.

Fisker's plan to liquidate its assets has been accepted by the bankruptcy court in Delaware. Fisker has also reached a deal with American Lease, the buyer of its remaining EV fleet, to resolve a problem regarding the cloud-hosted data that is required to operate the vehicles.

A New York-based leasing company will buy the carmaker’s remaining inventory of Ocean SUVs. The Fisker Owners Association says it’s happy with the outcome. A court in Wilmington, Delaware, has approved Fisker’s bankruptcy liquidation plan,
