NASCAR has formally responded 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports' injunction request concerning team charters for the 2025 season amidst ongoing legal disputes.

The attorney for the two teams, Jeffrey Kessler, told The Athletic they were asking for “very modest relief” from the judge.
