After a mounting week of anticipation and Florida residents evacuating to safety, Hurricane Milton made landfall on Wednesday night and plowed through the Bay area as expected. St. Petersburg, home of Tropicana Field, was hit with 101 MPH gusts of wind and received 18.86″ of rain. Across the bay, Tampa weathered 12″ of rain and 98 MPH winds.
