Last week, Sony made the PS5 Slim Digital Edition console available to third-party retailers, which resulted in an influx of pre-orders. Unfortunately, UK retailer Argos has screwed them up.

Confusion has risen for PS5 30th Anniversary Edition customers who have been told their orders have been cancelled by Argos. As shared by IGN's UK Deals account on X earlier today, some customers have received emails saying Argos was "very sorry to inform" them that the retailer was "unable to fulfil [their] PS5 30th Anniversary Edition

UK retailer Argos is cancelling some PlayStation 5 30th Anniversary Edition console pre-orders. According to a growing number of X users, Argos began sending out emails on Monday informing customers that pre-orders which had previously been confirmed via email would no longer be fulfilled.
