Know it was moved to this location from somewhere else. There is also one called the Awakening II somewhere.

O never in Washington State. It was designed & built for Haines Point in DC back in 60-70's

答:
Look for the ferris wheel. The sculpture is in the sand to the right of the pier as you walk out to the ferris wheel. Can't miss it.
