United Yacht Sales LLC was founded in 2002 by Peter Schmidt, a 40+ year marine industry and yacht brokerage veteran. Peter had a different vision that most brokerage firms at the time, one that relies on integrity, customer service, and doing the right thing for United's clients even when it's difficult. Today, United Yacht Sales is the largest independent yacht brokerage firm in the industry with 24 offices and over 250 yacht brokers worldwide.
